We're looking for 3–5 university students to directly own IrisGo's public community growth. Not a coffee-run internship. Your work is visible to real users. Your name is part of the early story.
In a traditional internship you run errands, do support work, and get a certificate at the end. This is different.
You directly own a growth line at IrisGo — from strategy to execution to the numbers. We give you the tools, the direction, and the budget. The results are yours.
This is the closest thing to a real startup environment you can get before you graduate.
Pick the role that fits you best. Interested in more than one? Say so in your application.
Produce IG Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts that showcase IrisGo features and real use cases. Make "AI that knows you" feel like a 30-second must-watch.
Run the IrisGo Discord day-to-day: answer questions, host events, build community texture. Monthly active users is your core KPI.
Coordinate across platforms, run weekly reporting, help the PM track the whole campus team's progress. You're the connective tissue that keeps everyone pointed the same direction.
Write in a tech-fluent voice, ship product updates, translate technical depth into human language. Every post you write speaks for IrisGo — it counts.

At the end of Season 1, top performers fly to Silicon Valley to visit AI startups and meet IrisGo's investor network.
Standout performers will be considered for full-time roles, subject to company growth pace.
